What happens next
Applying is the start—not an automatic launch.
Signing does not activate or publish a listing. BookParkByMe separately reviews, prepares, tests, and approves every facility before launch.
2. Review together
Our administrators confirm commercial terms and prepare rates, tax, inventory, content, instructions, and payment readiness.
3. Launch deliberately
The property goes live only after readiness checks, quote and payout validation, testing, and explicit BookParkByMe approval.
Standard commercial terms
Know the headline terms before you begin.
- BookParkByMe’s default commission is 18% of pre-tax parking revenue.
- Commission does not apply to parking tax or approved operator-required fees.
- Parking tax is passed to the operator for remittance unless an approved written arrangement states otherwise.
- Applicable card and payment-processing costs are allocated to the operator and are not a separate customer charge.
- BookParkByMe’s customer booking or service fee belongs to BookParkByMe. Approved operator-required fees belong to the operator.
- The operator must honor valid BookParkByMe reservations and maintain accurate inventory, rates, access information, shuttle information, and customer instructions.
- Refunds, chargebacks, denied reservations, overbooking, inaccurate listing information, and operator-caused customer issues are governed by the agreement.
- Signing does not activate or publish the property. BookParkByMe must separately review, prepare, test, approve, and complete launch readiness.
