Categories of information collected
BookParkByMe may collect identifiers and contact information; selected parking property, dates, times, and reservation details; vehicle information including a license plate when provided; account information; payment references and status; support communications; and limited device, browser, IP address, fraud-prevention, security, error, and support diagnostics.
If you allow optional measurement, BookParkByMe may also collect internet or electronic-network activity on public pages; booking-funnel and Web Vitals events; Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, and wbraid); UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content fields; public landing path; sanitized external-referrer host; first-touch and last-touch timestamps; reservation UUID for purchase deduplication; gross booking value for GA4; and, only if separately enabled later, BookParkByMe platform-revenue value for Google Ads.
Google measurement payloads exclude customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, license plates, Stripe PaymentIntent IDs, Stripe charge IDs, checkout IDs, checkout access tokens, direct customer contact information, direct payment information, and direct vehicle information. This exclusion does not classify click identifiers, transaction UUIDs, network or device data, or other pseudonymous identifiers as non-personal information.
Purposes
BookParkByMe uses information to prepare and complete parking reservations, process payments through Stripe, issue and protect parking passes, provide account and customer support, prevent fraud, investigate security or payment issues, comply with law, and maintain operational and financial records. When you allow optional measurement, BookParkByMe uses the limited measurement information to understand public-site and booking-funnel use, Web Vitals and site performance, and advertising effectiveness.
Retention
Information is retained according to the service, reservation, payment, support, fraud, security, dispute, legal, accounting, and safety purposes for which it is needed. First-party optional-measurement attribution expires after 30 days and is deleted sooner on decline or revocation. The abandoned-checkout retention lifecycle described in the Privacy Policy remains unchanged.
Disclosure and choices
BookParkByMe may disclose information to participating parking properties or operators and to vendors or recipients, including Stripe and, after optional-measurement consent, Google, for the stated purposes. Google is described neutrally as the measurement vendor or recipient; its legal role remains subject to owner and legal review.
Google measurement is not loaded before you select Allow optional measurement. Declining does not affect search, checkout, payment, reservations, support, or account access. A persistent Privacy choices control lets you change your choice later. Revocation immediately stops new optional measurement and deletes the first-party attribution cookie.
Whether optional measurement constitutes a CCPA/CPRA sale or sharing, targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and what treatment is required for Global Privacy Control, opt-out rights, and jurisdiction-specific requests or appeals remains subject to owner and legal review. BookParkByMe will provide rights and controls required by applicable law.
