Reserve for your time at the parking facility
Use the time you expect to arrive at the parking facility as your reservation start. Your return should allow for getting off the plane, collecting luggage, and traveling back to your vehicle. Flight departure and landing times alone do not cover your parking stay.
For a seven-day trip, compare quotes using the same arrival and return times at every property. A later pickup may change the number of billable days. Compare the whole stay, including the return trip
A useful long-term parking comparison includes the full reservation total, parking type, vehicle clearance, and shuttle arrangements. Covered parking and self parking describe different features: check both rather than assuming one includes the other.
A shorter distance to LAX does not guarantee a faster terminal transfer. Check the property's shuttle hours and instructions, and leave room for waiting, loading, traffic, and your airline's check-in requirements.

- Confirm that your vehicle fits, including roof racks or a cargo box.
- Check shuttle service for an early departure or late return.
- Read whether re-entry is allowed if you need the vehicle during your stay.

Keep your reservation accessible in My Trips. If your travel plans change, check whether an extension is available and review the new total before confirming. Additional time is subject to the reservation rules and availability; do not assume a delayed flight extends the reservation automatically.
