An operator's perspective
Make the reservation useful at the driveway.
Before leaving home, open the confirmation and check the facility name, entrance instructions, and parking pass. A reservation is much easier to use when you already know where to go and what to show the attendant.
How our parking experience shapes this adviceChoose parking times, not just flight times
Your parking reservation should start when you expect to reach the lot. Work backward from your airline's recommended airport arrival time, adding time to park, check in at the facility, unload bags, and transfer to the terminal.
For your return, allow time after landing to leave the plane, collect luggage, complete any arrival formalities, and get back to your vehicle. For example, a flight landing at 9 p.m. does not mean you will be at the parking lot at 9 p.m. Enter your expected time at the vehicle when comparing quotes.
Review the lot and the full reservation total
Choose your dates on BookParkByMe and review the participating property's details before paying. Check the location, parking type, vehicle restrictions, shuttle arrangements, and cancellation cutoff alongside the price.
If you are looking for 405 Airport Parking reservations, use the 405 property link on this page to review its current details and enter your dates. Availability and the full price depend on the stay you select; a guide cannot hold a space or confirm a rate.
- Check the facility name and entrance location.
- Confirm vehicle height and size limits, including anything carried on the roof.
- Review shuttle service for both your departure and return.
- Read the final total, including taxes and fees, and the cancellation terms.
Finish booking and save your confirmation
Complete payment and look for the booking confirmation. A quote or an unfinished checkout is not a confirmed parking reservation. Use the email address you can access during your trip, and check the facility and dates on the confirmation.
BookParkByMe lets you book without creating a password. Your confirmation email and My Trips give you access to your reservation, parking pass, and arrival instructions. If you cannot find the confirmation, check My Trips and contact BookParkByMe before making a second booking for the same stay.
Follow the facility's check-in and exit instructions
Use the entrance described in your confirmation and have your parking pass ready. Follow the operator's instructions about taking a ticket, checking in with an attendant, or presenting the reservation. Keep any parking ticket you are given until you leave.
A reservation confirms a booking at the named facility; it does not necessarily assign a numbered space or make the pass work at an automated gate. The property's instructions explain how that facility handles your arrival and exit.
Keep the return trip and changes within reach
Save the return shuttle instructions and the operator's pickup contact before your flight. After collecting your bags, follow the designated pickup instructions and call the operator if the property requires it.
If your travel plans change, open My Trips to review your reservation and any available extension or cancellation. A flight delay does not automatically add parking time. Check the new price and confirmation when extending, and use BookParkByMe support for help with the booking itself.
Check the details before you travel.
